Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

Refund conditions

1. Trial Period: You must have used the product for a period of 30 consecutive days.
2. Frequency of use: The product must have been used twice a day, morning and evening, during these 30 days. Or once a day, in addition to the Boost Serum.
3. Proof of Use: To validate your refund request, you must provide time-stamped video proof of product use. This video must clearly show that you have used the product 60 times within a 30-day period.

Important: Video proof must be provided in the form of a time-stamped Snapchat (or similar platform) video, clearly showing the product being used. This requirement is in place to ensure the product has been used in accordance with our recommendations, which is essential to achieve the best results.

Refund Procedure

1. Contact our customer service at contact@lesecret-skincare.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
2. Explain the reason for your dissatisfaction and confirm that you have followed the terms of use mentioned above.
3. Send your video proof of use to the email address provided by our customer service.
4. Once your request is validated, we will proceed to a full refund of your purchase to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Notes

• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of defective product or error on our part.
• Personalized products cannot be returned for exchange, but are eligible for refund under the conditions above.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions mentioned are not respected or in case of suspicion of abuse of our policy.
