We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
Refund Conditions
Usage period:
You must have used the product for 30 consecutive days.
Frequency of use:
The product must have been used twice daily (morning and night) for the full 30 days.
If used once a day, it must have been combined with the Boost Serum (for the Anti-Aging Peptide Serum).
Proof of use:
To validate your refund request, you must provide timestamped video proof of consistent use over the 30 days.
This proof must clearly show that you used the product 60 times over the trial period.
🔒 Important:
Video proof must be submitted via Snapchat or a similar platform, with visible timestamps and clear product application. This requirement ensures that the product was used as recommended — a key factor in seeing results.
Return Procedure
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging.
Before returning any item, please request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing us at:

Refund Process
1 - Contact our support team at contact@lesecret-skincare.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
2 - Explain why you are dissatisfied and confirm you followed the required usage conditions.
3 - Submit your video proof of use to the email address provided by our team.
4 - Once your request is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (depending on your card provider’s processing time).
