1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases made through the website LeSecret-skincare.com, owned and operated by EcomSulting LLC.
EcomSulting LLC is a company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with headquarters located at 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801.
LeSecret-skincare.com sells personalized skincare products, including the signature Le Secret™ Serum.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepted these Terms prior to checkout. Order confirmation implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
2.1 Products offered for sale are those listed on LeSecret-skincare.com, subject to availability.
2.2 EcomSulting LLC reserves the right to update or change its product selection at any time.
2.3 Each product is described as accurately as possible. Product images are intended to be representative but may not exactly reflect color or packaging.
3. Prices
3.1 Prices displayed are in Euros and include applicable VAT at the time of purchase.
3.2 EcomSulting LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price shown at checkout will always apply to the customer.
3.3 Shipping and handling fees are not included in the listed price. These are calculated and displayed prior to order confirmation.
4. Orders & Confirmation
4.1 Placing an order implies full agreement with these Terms & Conditions.
4.2 Orders are placed via LeSecret-skincare.com and require the customer to complete an online form, including a personalization questionnaire.
4.3 Confirmation of the order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and a waiver of any conflicting purchase terms.
4.4 All information submitted and the confirmation email will serve as proof of the transaction.
5. Payment
5.1 Order validation obligates the customer to pay the amount due.
5.2 Payment is made by credit card or any other method offered on the website at checkout.
5.3 Charges are processed at the time the order is placed.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
6.2 Delivery timelines are indicative. If shipping exceeds 30 days, the order may be canceled and fully refunded.
6.3 EcomSulting LLC is not responsible for delays due to postal services, shipping carriers, or strikes. Nor is it liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.
7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
7.1 In accordance with applicable laws, customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return without justification or penalty. This does not apply to personalized products made to order.
7.2 If the right of withdrawal is exercised within this timeframe, only the price of the products and shipping costs will be refunded. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
7.3 Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and inserts.
7.4 Due to the custom nature of our products, EcomSulting LLC reserves the right to refuse returns of opened or used items.
8. Warranties
8.1 All products are covered by the applicable legal warranties.
8.2 If a product is found to be non-compliant, it may be returned for exchange or refund.
8.3 Any claims must be made by email to contact@lesecret-skincare.com within 30 days of delivery.
9. Liability
9.1 EcomSulting LLC is only obligated to make reasonable efforts during the online sales process. It cannot be held liable for damages caused by internet issues such as data loss, system breaches, viruses, service outages, or other disruptions.
9.2 EcomSulting LLC is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of its products.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on LeSecret-skincare.com remains the intellectual and exclusive property of EcomSulting LLC.
10.2 No one is authorized to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the site — whether software, visuals, or audio — without express written permission.

13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is exclusively assigned to the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming (USA).
