2. Preparation & Delivery Times

Product Preparation: Each personalized product is carefully crafted, requiring up to 3 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Time: Once prepared, orders are shipped using local postal services from our manufacturing locations. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.


3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

United States, United Kingdom, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Europe: €4.90

  • United Kingdom: £5.90

Shipping is free for all orders over $40, €40, or £40, depending on your location.


5. Packaging Types & Weight

All products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery:

  • Small Products (15–50 ml): Serums, creams, and oils come in airless pumps or glass dropper bottles. Total weight (product + packaging): 80 g to 150 g.

  • Medium Products (100–200 ml): Toners, cleansers, and lotions in standard-size bottles. Total weight: 200 g to 300 g.

  • Large Products (400–500 ml): Body and hair care items like shampoos and lotions. Total weight: 500 g to 700 g.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email including a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real-time.


7. Responsibility & Delivery Issues

In accordance with consumer protection laws, we are responsible for ensuring that your order is delivered properly. If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason or paying a penalty (except for custom-made products). Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
