5. Packaging Types and Weights
Our products are carefully packaged to ensure their protection during transit:

Large Products (400-500 ml): Body and hair care products, such as shampoos, conditioners, and body lotions. Total weight: 500 g to 700 g.
6. Order Tracking

7. Responsibility and Delivery Issues
In accordance with applicable laws, we are responsible for the proper execution of the delivery until the product is received by the consumer. 8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with legal provisions, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason or incurring penalties.
