1. Introduction

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "STC") govern the subscription services provided by Le Secret Skincare, a brand of EcomSulting LLC. By subscribing, you unconditionally accept the STC outlined below.

2. Eligible Products and Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are available only for a specific selection of products. Each subscription is tailored based on the recommended usage of the product, including the following options:

• Twice daily
• Once daily
• Regular use
• Occasional use

3. Pricing and Discounts

Subscribers benefit from progressive discounts based on delivery frequency and product type, ranging from -10% to -25%. Discounted rates apply to each shipment within the subscription.

4. Frequency and Delivery

Subscriptions offer flexibility in delivery frequency, with the following options:

• Monthly: One delivery per month
• Bimonthly: One delivery every two months
• Quarterly: One delivery every three months
• Quadrennial: One delivery every four months

Shipping fees are $5.90 USD for America and €4.90 for Europe. Free shipping is available for orders over $50 USD or €50.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription payments are automatically deducted at each agreed billing period. An electronic invoice is sent to the subscriber after each transaction.

6. Managing and Cancelling the Subscription

Subscribers can at any time:

• Pause their subscription
• Modify their subscription
• Cancel their subscription

Cancellations will only take effect after the second shipment to prevent abuse of subscription discounts.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with legal provisions, subscribers have a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal unless the service execution has begun with their explicit consent.

8. Liability

Le Secret Skincare cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures due to force majeure or subscriber-related issues.

9. Personal Data

Data collected within the subscription framework is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR. Subscribers have rights to access, rectify, and delete their data.

10. Termination by EcomSulting LLC

EcomSulting LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription in case of breach of the STC, fraud attempts, or non-payment.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These STC are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and any disputes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sheridan, Wyoming (USA).
