Subscription Terms & Conditions – Le Secret Skincare
1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all subscription services offered by Le Secret Skincare, a brand of EcomSulting LLC. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms without reservation.
2. Eligible Products & Subscription Options
Subscriptions are available only for a select range of products. Each subscription is designed based on recommended product usage and may include the following options:
- Twice daily
- Once daily (daily use)
- Regular use
- Occasional use
3. Pricing & Discounts
Subscribers benefit from tiered discounts based on delivery frequency and product type, ranging from 10% to 25% off. These discounted prices apply to every shipment under your subscription.
4. Delivery Frequency & Shipping
Flexible delivery intervals are available:
- Monthly: One delivery per month
- Every 2 Months
- Every 3 Months
- Every 4 Months
Shipping fees:
- $5.90 USD for the U.S.
- €4.90 for Europe
Shipping is free for all orders over $50 or €50, depending on your location.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription payments are billed automatically at each agreed billing cycle. You will receive an electronic invoice after each transaction.
6. Managing & Canceling Subscriptions
Subscribers may at any time:
- Pause their subscription
- Modify their subscription
- Cancel their subscription
Cancellations take effect after the second shipment (for 3- or 4-month plans) or after the third shipment (for 1- or 2-month plans). This policy is in place to prevent abuse of subscription discounts.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws, subscribers have 14 days to withdraw from their subscription, unless service execution has already begun with their explicit consent.
8. Liability
Le Secret Skincare is not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by force majeure events or issues attributable to the subscriber.
9. Personal Data
Personal data collected through subscriptions is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy], in full compliance with GDPR and relevant U.S. laws. Subscribers have the right to access, correct, or delete their data at any time.
10. Termination by EcomSulting LLC
EcomSulting LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription in cases of policy violations, fraud attempts, or failed payments.

12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming (USA).
